The 2018 LSRFUR Conference saw our community come together for a day of discussion and development for the season ahead. The keynote presentation was delivered by Matthew Carley (RFU PGMOT) on recent World Rugby focus areas and RFU clarification points. Joe James (RFU Panel and LSRFUR) also delivered an interactive session on identifying and sanctioning foul play.
At the Match Official Developers Conference, Andrew Small (RFU Match Official Development Officer) provided an update on the recent changes and centralisation of observer documentation. Further guidance was provided on best practices and understanding game awareness.
